An international company pioneering orthopedic solutions worldwide is seeking a Human Resources Lead to drive organizational success through strategic initiatives in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and compliance with labor regulations. This leadership role demands a strategic mindset, exceptional interpersonal skills, and a results-driven approach to cultivating a thriving workplace culture aligned with corporate objectives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment and Selection Management
  • Develop and manage talent acquisition strategies to secure top-tier candidates.
  • Oversee candidate assessments, interviews, and hiring processes to ensure alignment with company culture and job requirements.
  • Collaborate with external recruitment partners to maintain quality and efficiency in hiring.
2. Organizational Development and Training
  • Identify employee development needs and propose tailored training plans.
  • Organize programs focusing on technical skills, leadership, and soft skills.
  • Design and implement talent retention strategies and succession planning initiatives.
3. Labor Relations
  • Ensure adherence to labor laws and internal HR policies.
  • Mediate workplace disputes and manage collective or individual negotiations.
  • Champion initiatives that promote a positive and productive work environment.
4. Compensation and Benefits
  • Oversee payroll and benefits administration to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Conduct market benchmarking to maintain competitive compensation packages.
  • Recommend salary adjustments and recognition strategies based on performance.
5. Performance Management
  • Implement performance evaluation systems to support effective leader-employee communication.
  • Develop and oversee plans for continuous improvement based on evaluation outcomes.
  • Foster a culture of constructive feedback and professional growth.
6. Health, Safety, and Well-being
  • Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety standards.
  • Launch wellness initiatives to enhance employees' quality of life.
  • Coordinate corporate social responsibility programs to strengthen organizational commitment.

Candidate Profile

Educational Background
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Conversational English
Experience
  • Minimum of 5 years in HR roles, with at least 2 years in a leadership capacity.
Technical Knowledge
  • Expertise in labor legislation and HR compliance.
  • Proficiency in payroll systems and Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS).
  • Strong foundation in organizational development and performance evaluation methodologies.
Key Skills
  • Leadership and team-building capabilities.
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving aptitude.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
